Achieving a healthy and happy relationship with food and with our body, for a lifetime, entails more than a diet sheet and a lot of will power. Our life style and experiences can also play a significant role. We don’t just eat out of hunger or for nutrition, often it is stress, sadness and dissatisfaction can be the driving force behind our eating habits. This four week programme is structured to guide and empower you through a process of physical and emotional transformation which can provide the foundation for a lasting, loving relationship with our bodies, and with food.
THE AFTER CARE PROGRAMME
Week 1 – Recharge
In week 1 we build upon the initial therapy session, mobilising the deep inner resources and volition with which we can begin to renew our relationship to the fullest potential of our health and well-being.
Week 2 – Release
We can often feel reluctant to give up our unhealthy habits, even though we know they do us no good. Sometimes we feel we have no power to change. In week 2 we release resistance to change, resistance to well-being and health and by releasing resistance we can re-align with the real and natural needs of our body and thereby ourselves.
Week 3 – Renewal
In week 3 we renew and develop our relationship with our body. This is a joyful homecoming, peace after the war of dieting.
Week 4 - Consolidation
Having empowered and inspired, cleared resistance and renewed, week 4 brings together all of the work of the past 3 weeks and anchors it in deep in your consciousness along with a sense of joy, wellbeing and vitality.
