The form of therapy which I offer, like much psychotherapy, is focused and goal oriented. The course of treatment is identified in advance at the initial consultation and has a specific outcome and clear, time defined process. This is good because the majority of issues for which people seek therapeutic help are clear and treatable such as a lack of personal or professional fulfilment, inability to achieve goals, being fearful and feeling stuck.   It’s also good because it provides us with the means to achieve goals, to change and better manage our lives, maximising our potential and learning from our pain, fears and inhibitions.

This therapeutic process engages with the deepest aspects of our psyche, uncovering and addressing any resistance we might have to change, any blockages to health and wholeness and uncovering the motivations behind behaviour and patterns which have troubled, perplexed and limited us in the past.  Working with these deep psychic resources can make this a powerful and lasting form of therapeutic intervention.
